(1) Application: it is mainly used for resin modification, or to improve the thermal conductivity of rubber and polymer materials, or aluminum-based copper-clad plate, ceramic substrate for high-power LED heat dissipation package, or as a burning aid for special ceramics.


(2) Properties: aluminum nitride is a good heat-resistant impact material. It is an ideal crucible material for melting and casting pure iron, aluminum or aluminum alloy. Aluminum nitride is also an electrical insulator with good dielectric properties. It is also promising to be used as electrical components. The aluminum nitride coating on GaAs surface can protect it from ion implantation during annealing.
